Update the global Alerts & Reports configuration
PUT/api/v1/report/configuration/
Admin only. Absent fields keep their value and null clears a field without restoring its legacy fallback. Recipient restrictions and minimum intervals are validated against existing alerts/reports. When any conflicts, the configuration is not saved and the impacted schedules are returned.
